01Can I purchase products now?
No. Payments and order submission are not available during Phase 1. Product pages are previews of the future commerce experience.
02Has a sales launch date been set?
Not yet. We will announce the date on this site after commercial terms, legal disclosures, payment, and shipping settings have been verified.
03What products will you offer?
We plan to offer Japanese trading cards, anime-related products, PSA-graded cards, and sealed products.
04Will you ship internationally?
International sales are planned. Eligible destinations, methods, and costs will be published after configuration. Shipping is not currently available.
05How will product details and condition be presented?
Before sales begin, each product page will present confirmed details such as name, series, language, and condition.
06Will you also carry anime goods?
Yes. We are preparing a category that can present figures, acrylic goods, accessories, and a wide range of other Japanese anime merchandise.
07Which languages are supported?
The site is available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.
08Can I submit an inquiry?
You can view the contact page, but submission is currently disabled. It will be enabled after the contact process is configured.
